Great customer service! Had a group of hungry taekwondo athletes and ordered catering from Hunan Springs. Mathew was so friendly and helpful on the phone through out the process. Not only he helped choosing the right amount of food and helped with menu choices. Also, he made sure all our orders were safe without nuts since some athletes have some nuts allergies.
Our food was delivered on time and came with sauces on the side. Everything was prepared just right. Plates, utensils, serving spoons,napkins...
Sesame chicken was very popular, it was gone super fast.
Thank you, Hunan Springs. -

Wow wow. Customer service went above and beyond. We order from here about once a month - we order online and then pick it up. It's my husband's favorite Chinese food in Co Springs. On this date, I placed my order online and went to pick it up. The gentleman that is usually there - I dont know his name but he looks like a Justin - told me that he tried to call me but I didn't answer. He wanted to make sure that I actually wanted the chow mein like I ordered and not the lo mein that I normally order. I ACCIDENTALLY ORDERED CHOW MEIN! He had the kitchen make lo mein instead because I had never ordered chow mein before. That is way above and beyond service that I have ever received.
Someone from a large co needs to grab this guy up as a top level employee in a detailed customer position. -

If you want hot Chinese food brought to your door in less than 20 minutes, order from Hunan Springs! They always get the order right, and it comes quickly and piping hot. I enjoy their lo mein, wantons, and pork buns. Of course, it's fairly typical American-Chinese fair- a lot of frying in oil- but it hits the spot when that's what you're craving. One thing I did note in my last order is that my lo mein was practically swimming in a pool of oil left at the bottom of the container when I was finished. Did I still eat it? Obviously. It was delicious. But it seemed a touch heavy handed on the grease. It certainly won't prevent me from ordering again, though! This is for sure my go-to Chinese place downtown.

Great vegetarian & vegan selection. We tried the vegetable lo mein and it had just... Sooo many veggies in it. This is a hidden vegetarian gem. Even the egg rolls are just vegetables, no meat! I mean, they have meat dishes too but if you don't eat meat and you're looking downtown look no further for hits-the-spot comfort food. Try a pot of green tea with your meal :)

This is suppose to be sesame chicken it was not! It was sweet and sour chicken with sesame seeds. It tasted like frozen food warmed up in the microwave. When I told them it was not good and I wasn't going to eat it because it was poorly executed I still had to play. Do not eat at this place. I should have know it was good by the lack of people in the restaurant! My fork when I sat down already had food in it. Waste of $7 and my time. Do yourself a favor eat ANYWHERE ELSE. JUST RUN AWAY.
